Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (a.s.) has said that the person who frequently recites this Surah will be saved from the heat of hellfire.

Recitation of this Surah in prayers also increases in one’s sustenance. Water in which this Surah has been dissolved is useful in keeping away unwanted pests (eg. Insects and rodents).
