In order to continue using the scan function, an update to this 8.x version is absolutely necessary.We have made a few new changes and now also support the latest devices and cameras.
• Scan a textbook page with the öbv QuickMedia app and open/play/download additional material
• Free with many öbv school books for secondary level 1 and 2
• Simple and intuitive operation, no registration necessary
And how does it work?
1. Scan the book cover or – even easier – select the book in the app
2. Scan the book page or – even easier – select additional material from the media list
3. Open/play/download additional material (audio, video, text, PDF, link).

• All media files for an öbv textbook can be downloaded in the app and then played offline. We recommend a good internet connection for this.
• The app uses the device's internal memory to download files and textbook information.
• To use the scan function, the app requires access to the camera.

• All content can be accessed free of charge without registering or logging in.
