You want to avoid talking to anybody about it. Instead of containing these negative emotions, freely vent to your companion - the Venting Diary app - either via text or audio. Say what you wish, scream as loud as you want, write anything ... just let it out!!

Once done, and if you prefer, the app saves it all for you, on your device, and completely off-limits to anyone but you. Your thoughts, emotions, mistakes, and accomplishments are all private and remain that way. You can access previous entries and audio recordings.

Venting Diary is also a diary, allowing you to catalog, journal, and record your days - good or bad. All with the added convenience and benefit of using your voice. Your saved diary entries will appear in the "AUDIO DIARY" and "TEXT DIARY" tabs from the newest to the oldest.
