The USO application is aimed at employees who are provided with convenient tools to make bookings on their own and manage them afterwards. The system is great for automating repetitive office processes, which has a positive impact on reducing costs for the organisation. Smart Office was designed for hybrid work, when employees are in constant rotation and the number of desks, parking spaces or other resources to be managed by the USO is limited.
