SMS and Call logs is an app that backs up (creates a copy of) SMS messages, call logs and all contacts currently available on the phone. You can also read all messages and call logs from already existing backups.Note: This app requires existing backups to be able to restore call logs and messages. It cannot recover anything without existing backups.
This app needs following permission for the purpose mentioned below:-
READ_CALL_LOGS -This permission is required to take call logs backup in local or cloud Storage.
WRITE_CALL_LOGS -This permission is required to restore call logs from backup in local or cloud Storage.
READ_SMS -This permission is required to get all SMS in your mobile device and creating local or cloud (Drive) backup.
WRITE_SMS -This permission is required to restore all SMS from local or cloud (Drive) backup.
READ_CONTACTS-This permission is required to get contacts for backup in local or cloud storage.
WRITE_CONTACTS-This permission is required to restore contacts from backup in local or cloud storage.
>>Ring in Silent Mode-this is also very special feature in this app. If you want to ring your mobile in silent mode if an important contact (i.e., you family member or your boss) calls you don't want to miss that important call. Then with this feature you can set any two number at important. Next time if these person contacts you your phone will ring in silent mode.
** For this you need to allow this app this permission-
>CHANGE_DND_MODE - You need to allow app to access DND mode and change it from Ringer mode to Silent or vice-versa.

This App needs access to the following:
* Your messages: Backup messages. Receive SMS permission needed to properly handle messages received while the app is the default messaging app.
* Your Calls information: Backup Call Logs.
* Network view and communication: Allows the app to connect to Wi-Fi for backup
* Your social information: To display and store the contact names in the Backup file.
* Run at start-up: Start scheduled Backups.
* Prevent Phone from Sleeping: To prevent the phone from going to sleep/suspended state while a Backup or Restore operation is in progress.
* Test access to Protected Storage: To create the Backup file on the SD card.
* Account Information: To authenticate with Google Drive and Gmail for cloud uploads.
