Based on the time you have to get up, the app will tell you when you should go to bed. Have you missed your optimum bedtime? Don't worry, the app will advise you what the next optimum time is to go to bed, so you can wake up feeling refreshed!

Different sleep cycles make up our sleep. The ideal strategy to get a decent night's sleep is to get enough sleep cycles and to wake up when a full cycle is completed, during your "light" sleep period.
