Sahih Al Bukhari is a collection of Hadith compiled by Abu Abdullāh Muhammad Ibn Ismā`īl al-Bukhārī(rahimahullāh). His collection is recognized by the overwhelming majority of the Muslim world to be one of the most authentic collections of the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). It contains roughly 7563 hadīth (with repetitions) in 98 books.Sahih Al Bukhari (صحيح البخاري) is one of the six major books of Hadiths knows as saha e sita. Whereas, out of all these six major books, the collection of prophetic traditions, or Hadiths for Sahih al-Bukhari, was completed around 846 CE / 232 AH. Sunni Muslims view this as one of the two most trusted collections of hadith along with Sahih Muslim.
