Réfugiés.info offers simple, translated information for refugees in France. The application lists the devices and programs and actions available around your home and popularizes the administrative procedures. The information is grouped into several themes:

✏️ A simple and translated tool


The app is translated by a network of volunteers into 7 languages: English, Ukrainian, Arabic, Pashto, Persian/Dari, Tigrinya and Russian.
Free and accessible to all, this application is aimed at both refugees and their companions, who can use it as a mediation and orientation tool.

The number of files identified by city increases every week. You live in Grenoble, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Rennes, Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille, Paris, or in Île-de-France (Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne, Hauts-de-Seine, Val -d'Oise, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines)? You will be able to find the procedures, associations and actions around your home.

Guided exploration: The app guides you through your experience. Explore 12 integration themes and specify your needs in order to find the most interesting sheets for you.


Optimized search: Search directly by keyword in all the contents of the application and in the language you want. The search takes into account typographical errors and lexical proximity.


Favorites and sharing: Set aside the files that interest you to easily find them later. You can also share them and send them to your loved ones.


Personalization of the application: The city in which you live, your age group and your level in French act as filters. This information makes it possible to propose systems and approaches adapted to your situation.


👥 Who are we?


The Refugees.info application was developed by the Interministerial Delegation for the Reception and Integration of Refugees (DIAIR). The project is now deployed by Mednum, the cooperative of digital mediation players.


All features are co-built and tested by users and social workers before development. The application thus offers an experience adapted to its users and in accordance with their needs.
