Rádio Mariana FM was founded in June 1989 by Mr. Francisco Esquarcio, who dared to participate in a long process for the concession and creation of a commercial radio station in the first capital of Minas Gerais.On the 16th of July 1996 Radio Mariana FM, with the frequency 93.5 MHz, went on the air, and it was a milestone for Mariana / MG and neighboring cities, as it is the first radio station in the city and the only FM station in the Region of Inconfident.
Today, Mariana FM has a regional reach, reaching more than 50 cities in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte and Zona da Mata, covering an area that covers a population of more than 1.5 million people. The listeners of Mariana FM 93.5 have shown themselves to be loyal to the broadcaster and this number grows more and more every day.
