And he wrote in the margin the narration of Hafs from the way of Tayyibat al-Nashr and Shu’bah for the reading of Asim bin Abi al-Nujoud, and on the authority of Zar bin Hubaish, on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, through the path of Shatibiyyah and al-Tayyibah.

The Mushaf was divided, where the reader reads each party in one of the well-published ways of Hafs and Shu’bah, so that it reads in all good-published ways, whether individually or collectively.
