MySabda is a bible study app designed to help you grow in God’s Word. It is free, no ads, and integrated with a treasure trove of biblical study materials such as commentaries, cross references, bible dictionaries, lexicons, concordances, and many more.

Main Features:

Multiple bible versions in English, Indonesian, and Malay. The words in the bible text are tagged with strong number allowing for quick look up to lexicons, concordances, bible dictionary, etc. More languages are coming.

Parallel Text. Read and compare 2 different translations on a split-screen display.

Audio Bible. Listen to audio bible as you read the text.

Greek / Hebrew Lemma. Tap a word to see the original Greek or Hebrew lemma with strong number.

Lexicons and Concordances. Quick and easy look up to concordances by simply tapping a word. Strong’s Concordance, Liddell-Scott Greek Lexicon, Abbott-Smith Lexicon, and many more.

Dictionary Study. Learn from various bible dictionaries and encyclopedias such as Easton’s Bible Dictionary, International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, Smith’s Dictionary, Nave Topical Bible and many more.

Commentary, verse range. Matthew Henry’s commentary, Albert Barnes Notes, MacLaren’s Commentary and many more. The sections in the commentary are mapped to verses so that you can read parts that are relevant to the verse.

Commentary, phrase-by-phrase. John Calvin’s commentary, John Gill’s commentary, Wesley’s notes and many more. You can tap a word or a phrase and access the section in the commentary that is relevant to the phrase.

Lemma highlighter. Words or phrases with the same lemma in the original text are highlighted when tapped, allowing for a quick scan of repeated words.

Cross References. Discover related verses or follow through a passage as it is quoted in other parts of the bible.

Original Text and Interlinear. For Hebrew text, we have the Westminster Lenningrad Codex and the ETCBC Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (Amst.). As for Greek text, we have the LXX, Westcott-Hort 1881, Westcott-Hort with UBS4 variants, Tischendorf 8th edition, and Scrievener’s Textus Receptus 1894. Interlinear is available in the original format (original text to translated text) or in the reversed format (translated text to original text). All words are mapped to the strong number.

Entity (People, Places, Groups, Events). A knowledge graph of biblical names. Study what the bible says about a person or a location and discover the relationship between them. See what events recorded in the bible of a particular person, or place or group.

Keyword Search. Search through the bible, lexicons, concordances, commentaries, dictionaries, entity index, and more. Greek or Hebrew Unicode characters are accepted.

Semantic Domains. The Greek lemmas are categorized according to the Louw-Nida Lexicon allowing you to discover other words that are semantically similar.
