About this app

Muay Thai, sometimes called Thai Boxing or Kick Boxing originated from Thailand. It is trained for competitive sport, included in MMA, for fitness and self defense. Muay Thai is often showcased on ONE Championship (ONE), Asia’s largest global sports media property in history.

This app is inteded to be used for HIIT training.
At the start of each round, a combination string is generated. Hit along with the voice commands to learn the combo. During the round, voice commands will stop to allow you to go at your desired intesity.

Featuring fully adjustable workout settings, timers, intervals and alarms.
You can train by yourself or with a partner holding thai pads. Use while on the heavy bag or shadow boxing. Follow along with the voice commands and get fit at home or at the gym with these intense combo interval and exercise workouts.

Using this App, you be required to perform actions such as:
- Muay Thai Punches.
- Muay Thai Elbow.
- Muay Thai Teeps.
- Muay Thai Checks.
- Muay Thai Kicks.
- Muay Thai Knees.
- Muay Thai Movements.

This training app was designed to replicate the kind of environment encountered at a Muay Thai Gym. It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with these Muay Thai specific strikes and actions.

During rounds, you have the option to enable randomized exercises to be called out.
These exercises include, but are not limited to:
- Lunges.
- Pushups.
- Squats.
- Burpees.
- Side planks.
- Situps.
- Glute Bridge.
- Situps.
- Jumping Jacks.
- Plank.
- Squat Hold.
- Wall Sit.
- Calf Raises.
- Star Jumps.

The duration of exercises can be adjusted in the settings to match your fitness level.

Features adjustable settings for:
- Number of Rounds.
- Preparation Timer.
- Workout Timer.
- Exercises Between Rounds (On/Off)
- Exercises Between Rounds Timer.
- Rest Timer.
- Minimum combination length. (2)
- Maximum combination length. (12)
- Voice command delay time. (Increase or decrease intensity)
- Combo Sense (Off) - Combinations will be randomly generated and may not follow motions that make sense.
-Combo Sense (On) - Combinations follow the general rule of lead, rear, lead or rear, lead, rear hits.


"Muay Thai HIIT Trainer" App will soon feature functions to create and save your own combination strings. Your very own combinations will then be randomly called out while training. The option to use only your saved combinations will be added to the settings.
