CNC 선반에서 테이퍼 코너R값 및 NoseR값을 반영한 가공 코드를 생성하는 앱입니다.Ps, Pe 사이의 3개 모서리 위치를 지정할 수 있고 각 위치마다 R값을 입력하면 입력된 값에 따라 좌표에 반영되며 가공 코드가 생성됩니다.
NoseR값을 입력하면 NoseR값이 반영된 좌표가 생성되고 'NOSE DIR'버튼을 누르면 공구의 방향이 바뀌며 바뀐 공구에 따라 좌표와 가공 코드가 생성됩니다.
상단의 좌표 표시는 확대/축소/이동이 가능하며 'RESUME'버튼으로 초기화됩니다.
This app generates a G code that reflects the Taper Corner R value and nose R value on the CNC lathe.
You can specify the three corner positions between Ps and Pe, and if you enter the R value for each position, it is reflected in the coordinates according to the entered value and a machining code is generated.
inputting the NoseR value produces coordinates that reflect the NoseR value, and pressing the 'NOSE Dir' button changes the direction of the tool and creates coordinates and G codes according to the changed tool direction.
The coordinate display at the top is zoomable/moveable and initialized with the 'RESUME' button
