The built-in planner is designed to arrange meetings, book the particular rooms and analyze the utilization of premises.
The status of each meeting room is displayed for the entire office on a tablet device. Book a meeting on the go with a room monitor. The meeting list will be arranged in the form of a schedule.
The interface and visual effects of room display help to distinguish rooms according to their availability. The tooltip icons show technical means in each room.
The flexibility of Delibroom gives the opportunity to work simultaneously in different offices or multiple companies and switch between them without confusion.
All data transferred to the servers is encrypted. Not necessary to assign additional space or stay bound to infrastructure.
Though it is possible to use the system only on a smartphone, it’s better to use the attached room monitors for the best experience.
