About this app

BusiMate Android application is a companion app for BusiMate Cloud ERP & Accounting software.
It is designed for SMEs (small and medium businesses) who need portable billing or who need to save their time & physical space on their shops/stores. All day-to-day operations of an ERP, can be done more easily using the android app.


Powerful yet Simple
BusiMate app can be configured in many ways, depending on the business need. Eg, Sales App, Delivery App, Accountant App, Manager App, Admin App, etc. Features can be turned on/off for a specific users/roles based on settings that are managed on server by business owners or administrators.

BusiMate ERP combines every element of your business like Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Orders, Delivery, Payments, Collection, Expenses, etc into an Integrated, Easy to use solution. Advanced operations can be done using web interface.
Sales data is stored and managed on Cloud and can be accessed from anywhere by authorized users.

BusiMate ERP For Distributors

In Route Mode, BusiMate supports Order-Supply as well as Spot Sale options.
Order-Supply: Salesmen may travel on specific/flexible routes, collect orders, collect advances or past dues; and then office staff prepares a delivery plan based on the orders. ; and then delivery staff does delivery of items and collect payments.

Spot SaleSalesmen travel on specific/flexible routes, with stock loaded in VAN and does spot billing of items sold. Salesmen can track balance stock in VAN using app.

In POS Mode, BusiMate acts as a typical Point-Of-Sale terminal. All POS functionalities are available and can be controlled on a per user/role basis.

- Prepare sales invoices on the move and share invoice on WhatsApp/Email with your customer.
- Print Invoices directly from App on Wifi/Bluetooth Printers (Supports both Thermal & Standard printers)
- App can work offline whole day. Data will be synced to cloud when network is available.
- Option to generate GST Reports (GSTR1 & 3B) from web interface.
- Daily report of Sales, sales returns, Collection, Expenses, Fund Transfers, Stock Movement, etc for a Trip or Day/Shift, both from App and web interface.
- Option to register barcode and scan them using external barcode scanner
- Multiple pricelists, eg. Retail pricelist and Wholesale pricelist
- Multiple warehouses – Each VAN also can be treated as warehouse and stock can be tracked
- Support for BatchNo, Serial No, Expiry Date and custom tags. Stock can be tracked using these tags.
- Separate return warehouse, to track damaged goods/goods returned from customers.
- Exchange option – to allow stock tracking without additional billing.
- Purchase workflow – both standard PO-Invoice-Delivery-Payment workflow and direct purchase workflow are supported.
