Connect BK (Brahma Kumaris) is a mobile app that is developed and administered by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Mount Abu, India. This app will help the BK family members in making their purusharth teevra, and will make it possible for the new users who are not aware of Brahma Kumaris to come in contact with the Brahma Kumaris easily.This app is available in variuos languages including English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, etc.
Following is the detailed description about the app and its features:
1. Daily Murli : Daily PDF/Audio murli is published in 19 languages.
2. Gyandhara: This is a live feed section that will show Daily Murli Slogan, Vardan, Dharna Ke Liye Mukhya Saar, Daily Swaman, Geeta Saar and announcements. It will also provide daily murli and some important classes on daily basis in 11 languages.
3. Music: This is the divine music section in which the BK Songs have been made available in 11 different languages to help you in Meditation. You can keep account of the duration of Meditation by switching on Yoga Mode during music and that will reflect in your daily yoga chart. Daily Yoga Chart feature has been explained further.
4. Commentary: This is yoga commentary section in which Rajyoga Meditation Commentaries have been provided in various languages. They also have the Yoga Mode feature. You can turn on Yoga Mode during meditation and that timing will automatically get added to your Daily Yoga Chart.
5. Quiz: This is the Daily Murli Quiz section that will have murli quiz in various languages based on the daily murli to help you check your understanding about the murli.
6. Q&A (question and answer): Using this feature Alokik parivar can ask questions from the senior members of the Brahman family and get the answers from them in the video or text format. You can ask questions related to Murli, Teevra Purusharth, Dharna, etc. to make your purusharth teevra.
7. Sakash: This is a section where one can request for sakash (ruhani vibrations) to be given to any needy person by posting their information, and these requests will be visible in this tab once they are scheduled. BK family members can then click on those requests and join rooms and give sakash to the needy person at the same time, collectively.
8. Classes: This section has video classes by different senior sisters and brothers. It also has Shiv Baba's Sakar Murli classes in Brahma Baba's voice. Users can select the langauge and speaker they want to listen to and respective speaker's classes will be selectively visible to them at one place.
9. Courses: This section is for Online 7 Days Rajyoga Meditation Course. New users who wish to learn Rajyoga Meditation and do Rajyoga Course can send their request through a "Click to register for Rajyoga Course" feature available in this section.
10. Webinars: This section is for online classes directly from madubhan.
11. E Books: This is the PDF library of popular divine BK books. Now you can read the various useful books directly on your phone by clicking on them. Books from many different languages are available here.
12. Charts: This feature will help you in keeping track of your daily purusharth. It has Daily Chart feature which will have questions related to how have you spent your whole day, and Daily Yoga Chart feature to help you keep track of your daily yoga hours and improve them. This will also show your progress in the form of past 7 days graph.
13. Peace of Mind and Awakening TV: You can watch Brahma Kumaris' Live TV channels on your mobile phone on a single click.
14. Centre Locator: All Brahma Kumaris' Centre address and locations can be found using this feature. You can use "Maps" to search a BK centre or use "List" to get the phone numbers and contact addresses of any BK centre in India.
15.Godly Gifts: This section is for getting godly gifts from Madhuban delivered to your home.
16. Feedback: This section is for providing feedback about the app.
