Ar-Raheeq-ul-Makhtum (Arabic / Urdu: الرحيق المختوم; means "wine that is sealed") is a book of history (biography) of Muhammad, written in Arabic and Urdu by Safi-ar-Rahman Mubarakpuri. The Arabic version of this book came first Islamic competition Seerah Muslim World League in 1979 (1399 H), beating 170 other manuscripts in various languages. The book was translated into English under the title The Sealed Nectar. It was translated into English by the same name, "Al-Raheeq Al-Makhtum", usually with subtitles like "Prophetic Sunna," or "head of the Prophet".The book's title comes from a verse of the Quran Surah Al-Mutaffifin, verse 25: Yusqawna mirraheeq- (in) -makhtum-in (يسقون من رحيق مختوم) means they were made to drink of a wine that is sealed.
