Alperia Sybil CT is the control system created for condominiums with centralized heating systems, consisting of an advanced control unit installed in the heating plant and a home automation system installed inside each apartment.The information relating to the comfort of each individual apartment is communicated to the control unit in the heating plant which, thanks to the artificial intelligence of the Alperia Sybil CT system, decides whether it is necessary to switch the heat generator on or off on the basis of this information, also minimizing temperature of the circulating fluid, thus reducing consumption while guaranteeing the desired comfort in the apartments.
With the Alperia Sybil CT smartphone app you can manage your apartment remotely. For example, it is possible:
• Program in time and temperature each individual room;
• View the temperatures of each individual room, and view their historical trends;
• View your consumption in real time (after installing the heat metering system supplied by Alperia);
• Define rules, scenarios and automations for your heating system;
• Free yourself from the daily operating limits imposed by law in centralized systems (Thermal Independence).
